Where powered land meets developers

Every listing has been vetted. Every listing leads with power.

Unlike open marketplaces, the Exchange only lists parcels that have passed qualification — and every listing leads with substation proximity, estimated withdrawal capacity, and utility info. Parcels better suited to solar or farmland get routed too. Nothing leaves empty-handed.

What sets the Exchange apart
  • 01Pre-qualification required for every listing
  • 02Power-first data on every parcel
  • 03A development partner on the back end
  • 04Cross-infrastructure routing for non-DC sites

Is your land near a substation?

Substation proximity is the first thing a data center developer looks at. Search your address on the live grid map to see the transmission network and nearest substation — then get a free qualification report.

How the Exchange works

01

List your land

Landowners with qualified, powered parcels list for free and get found by developers.

02

Search & filter

Developers filter by megawatt capacity, substation proximity, fiber, certification, size, and region.

03

Pre-qualified listings

Every parcel carries a PoweredLandCertified™ or LandCertified™ designation before it goes live.

04

Facilitated introductions

The Exchange connects qualified supply with active demand and facilitates the introduction.

05

Market dashboards

Regional power availability, transaction volume, and average land values for DC sites.

06

You stay in control

Landowners list with no obligation to accept any offer. Full control, always.

How it works for both sides

What does it cost to list my land?

Listing a qualified parcel is free for landowners. The Exchange exists to connect verified supply with active developer demand, not to charge you for visibility. If a listing leads to a transaction, terms are agreed transparently up front before anything moves forward.

What does "pre-qualified" actually mean here?

Every parcel passes a qualification screen before it goes live. That screen leads with power — substation proximity and estimated available withdrawal capacity — plus fiber, acreage, and zoning. Qualified parcels carry a PoweredLandCertified™ or LandCertified™ designation so developers know a listing is real before they spend time on it.

Who sees my listing, and how much is public?

Listings are surfaced to the developers and investors actively searching the Exchange for matching sites. You control what's shared. The Exchange facilitates the introduction when a developer's requirements line up with your parcel — your contact details aren't broadcast to everyone.

Am I obligated to accept an offer?

No. Listing puts your parcel in front of demand; it does not commit you to anything. You review interest, decide whether to engage, and choose whether to move forward — entirely on your terms.

How is this different from a broker or open marketplace?

General listing sites treat powered land like any other property — they don't lead with the power data that decides a data center deal. The Exchange is built specifically around it: every listing is power-first, pre-qualified, and backed by a development partner who can actually transact.

What if my parcel doesn't qualify for a data center?

It still has a path. Parcels better suited to solar, storage, or agriculture are routed to the appropriate use rather than turned away. Qualification tells us where your land fits, not just whether it fits one use.

List your land — or find your site

Landowners: tell us about your parcel to begin qualification and listing. Developers: share what you're looking for and we'll surface matches.
